What is the
approximate shipping time for my order?
We carry thousands of items and have a very large
volume of sales. Although most of the items shown
are in stock, others are on continual order. Our
normal shipping time for in-stock items is 2 to 4
hours. In case of a delay, you will receive a call
or e-mail with a complete update on your
order.
How
much can I expect to pay for shipping?
We are proud to
offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over
$25.00.
We ship via FedEx, USPS,
and UPS. Among them, there are several delivery
options, depending on how quickly you want your
order shipped. Please note, shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable.
Can I
track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, and we make it very easy for you to do so
with our Online
Order Tracking Utility. Please have your order
number and billing e-mail address
handy.
Do
you provide gift wrapping?
Yes, and we do so completely free of charge (one
gift set per order). Size permitting, all our
charm orders are shipped with a pillow pack box, a
lam pouch, and a bow. The look is very classy.
(Please note, since our orders are shipped
directly from the factory, we cannot insert your gift
into the box or add a
message)
What is your return policy?
For your shopping convenience, we offer a 30-DAY
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE on our non-customized
merchandise. The item(s) must be unused, unaltered
and returned with the original carton. A $1.50
additional charge applies if original packaging is
not returned.
A return authorization
number MUST be obtained from us, and this number
MUST appear outside of the box. Returns cannot be
accepted without such authorization. For your
safety, please send your item INSURED and request
a RETURN RECEIPT. We cannot issue credit on items
that have not been received by us.
While
we do refund the full amount for the item(s)
ordered, shipping
fees are not refundable.
Please
note, if your order qualified for FREE shipping,
the following policy applies:
-All items
refunded from an order that was shipped free of
freight charges will be charged a return fee of $2
per item, not to exceed $6.50 per order.

Do you do
repair work?
Yes, and much of our time is devoted to repairs.
In our surrounding community and by mail, 108 Hatha Leela has become a household name when the
subject of repairs comes up. In fact, we do
repairs for other jewelers who find us faster and
less expensive than their own services.
Some of our repair services include
soldering broken chains, sizing rings, restringing
pearls and resetting stones. We can also remodel
existing items such as old cufflinks, which can
actually be made into a great pair of
earrings.
You will find the quality of our
repairs to be the best, and we always stand behind

Is your online ordering
system secure?
Yes. We use the latest in security technology
(128-bit SSL) to assure the safety of your
confidential information. Our security certificate
is issued by GeoTrust, please feel free to view it on our site.
Furthermore, we respect your privacy and WILL

What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
Discover and PayPal payments for orders within the
United States. Orders outside of the United States
require payment in advance.
Do you engrave?
Yes we do. For your convenience we have provided
an engraving instruction field on any engravable
item. The cost is $6.50 for up to 15 characters
and .75 for each additional character (may be
charged separately). Please note that because not
all items have the space for a lot of words we
recommend that you keep it as short and simple as
possible. Of course we will contact you if there
is a problem.

What quality can I
expect from your products?
We are a precious metals house. As such, we carry
only high-quality STERLING SILVER (known
internationally as "925") and 10 & 14 KARAT
(10K /14K) gold. All the items shown in our
catalog meet this stringent requirement.
Don't be fooled by such terms as "heavy
silver plate," "silver color," "gold plated,"
"alpaca," or "german silver." We carry only the
real thing! Our gold will be stamped "14K." Our
silver will also be stamped "925" or "sterling."
We do carry some non precious metal items, and
they will be clearly identified as
such.
How
accurate are your size and weight figures?
Every effort is made to give you the exact sizes
and weights based on information given to us by
the manufacturers. However, due to different
monitor sizes and settings as well as variations
in the manufacturing process, all dimensions and
weights are
approximate.
